Advocate

Jessica Nicely established Winged Hope Family Advocacy Foundation in January 2013. Until January 2026, Winged Hope's programs served the community in three ways: with direct victims services; by renovating, supporting and starting new Family Advocacy Centers; and by providing training around the state. In their 13 years, Winged Hope served or educated over 65,000 people. In addition to her work with and for Winged Hope, Jessica has continued to use her voice and acts as an advocate for child abuse prevention in any capacity needed.
